Ancient, Post-Mauryan Period, Punjab Region, (c. 2nd Century BCE–2nd Century CE), Gold Bead, 3.79 gms, 11.22x25.53 mm, elongated hollow tubular form, decorated at both ends with applied circular collars, disc-shaped elements and fine looped-wire embellishments; a notable example of early Indian goldsmithing and personal ornamentation, Minor deposits, surface marks and age-related wear, otherwise well preserved, very fine, very rare.
