He consolidated Muslim rule in North India, received recognition from the Abbasid Caliph, defeated major rivals, protected India from Mongol invasion, introduced the Iqta system, standardized currency (silver tanka and copper jital), completed the Qutb Minar, and was succeeded by his daughter Razia Sultana, not listed in G&G, very fine, unique.
