He reigned approximately from 1790 to 1832, during the final decades of the kingdom’s independence. Jaintiapur, serving as the capital, was the political and economic hub where he issued coins such as silver rupees and tankas. His reign represents the closing chapter of the Jaintia Kingdom before it was annexed by the British East India Company in 1835, firmly linking Ram Simha II to the city of Jaintiapur as its ruling monarch, similar to Zeno # 134854, KM # 206, very fine, very rare.
