Ancient, Guptas, Samudragupta (335-375 AD), Ashvamedha type, Gold Dinara, 7.77 gms, 21.87 mm, Obverse: A decorated Horse standing to left on a platform and facing a Yupa (sacrificial post), Brahmi letter ‘Si’ (for siddham/success) below the horse, Reverse: Goddess Rajya-lakshmi standingon a Lotus and facing left, she holds a Chauri (flywhisk) on her right shoulder, her left hand drops down, In front of the goddess, there is a decorated spear, Behind the goddess Brahmi legend reads ‘Ashvamedha Parakra(ma)’, All within a dotted border,  Shivlee # Class I, pg 202, Minor dent seen in obverse at 2'O clock position over all very fine to extremely fine, extremely rare.
