Ancient, Malwa (South Dasarna), Vasumitra (3rd-2nd Century BC), Copper Unit, 3.53 gms, 17.55 x 19.69 mm, Obverse: A tree in railing at centre, A lotus in left field, A four orbed Ujjain symbol in right field, Reverse: Fish holding deity, Brahmi legend “Vasumita(sa)” in right field, Vasumitra on the coins is believed to be the puranic Sunga ruler Sumitra, Pieper # 920 and 921, fine to very fine, extremely rare.
