Ancient, Ujjaini Region, Local Ruler Jishnu (4th-5th Century AD), Copper Unit, 0.67 gms, 8.67 mm, Obv. Dharma Chakkra (wheel of law). Rev. Brahmi legend "Jishnu", A well struck specimen with the king's name Jishnu completely visible. There is no inscriptional evidence of Jishnu, but he appears to have been a local ruler in the Ujjain region after the collapse of the Gupta empire. Unlisted type, very fine+, very rare.
