Delhi Sultan, Ghiyath Al-Din Tughluq Shah, (AH 720-725, 1320-1325 AD ), Silver Rupee (Tanka), 11.00 gms, 27.10 mm, Hadrat Delhi Mint, AH 725 hamsah (5), ishrun (20), wa sab'ah miʾah (700), Tughluq struck silver tankas at Dar al-Islam, Delhi and Deogir with the same legend, and then, after the conquest of Tilangana, tankas in the both metals with a differnt legend and the mint-name Mulk-i-Tilang, Legends, al-sultan al-ghazi legend, used at Dar al-Islam, Delhi and Deogir, obverse, "al-sultan al-ghazi ghiyath al-dunya wa'l din'l muzaffar", Reverse, "tugluq shah al-sultan nasir amir al-mu'minin", NW # 434-439, R # 1083, G&G # 306, very fine.
