Mughal, Aurangzeb (AH 1068-1118, 1658-1707 AD), Silver Rupee, 11.36 gms, 25.46 mm, Dar ul-Khilafat Shahjahanabad Mint (fully visible at top on rev), AH 1170, RY Ahd/2, Regnal year '2' engraved over 'Ahd', Aurangzeb had 3 coronations as recorded, and the second the year changes and die is not worn out so instead of making a new reverse die, the engraver engraves 2 over Ahd in the same die, never offered in any auction before however Muhayyi-ud-din type is know in same date & ry combination, exact date combination Unlisted in KM, KM # 300.81, very fine+, very collectible & hard to get, very rare.
