Ancient, Late Kushana, Bhadra (c. 4th Century AD), Gold Dinara, 7.69 gms, 18.64 mm, Kipunadha was the last Kushan ruler before they were pushed out by the Kidarites, Kipunadha was confined to a very small territory. minted at Mint B is which is mostly Taxila, Obverse: Diademed and robed king standing facing with head turned to left, sacrificing at altar with his right arm, Trishul above his right arm, Brahmi legend ‘Bhadra’ under his left arm, Brahmi legend in extreme right field tentatively read as ‘Kipananda’, Reverse: Enthroned Goddess Ardoksho (Lakshmi) seated facing, holding diadem and cornucopia, Tamgha at left, Gobl # 595, very fine, very rare.
