Delhi remained an important dynastic and strategic centre, although Akbar's imperial focus was increasingly shifting toward the newly developing Fatehpur Sikri. Most significantly for Delhi, Humayun's Tomb was completed around 1570–71, commissioned by Haji Begum (Bega Begum), Humayun's senior widow, and designed in the Persian charbagh tradition. It became the first great monumental Mughal garden-tomb in India and an important architectural precursor to later Mughal masterpieces, including the Taj Mahal, similar to Zeno # 171801, Unlisted type in KM, tiny test mark on the edge overall very fine, rare.
