Independent Kingdoms, Maratha Confederacy, INO Shah Alam II (AH 1174-1221, 1759-1806 AD), Silver Rupee, 11.06 gms, 20.20 mm, Mominabad Chakan Mint (partially visible at bottom on rev), 'Shri' on reverse. The mint Chakan according to documents examined by G. H. Khare operated from about 1793 to 1800 AD and two types of rupee were produced from there- The Chandwad or Chandori Rupee & the Sri Sikka.
