Ancient, Almora, Shivadatta (2nd-1st Century BC), Copper Unit, 9.34 gms, 20.09 mm, Obverse: Almora symbol at center, Bull and railed parasol at 12 O clock position, Brahmi legend ‘Suvada(tasa)’ from 4 O clock position clockwise, Reverse: Thick lines forming two boxes, Lower Box with Nandipada inside and upper box with triangle standard inside, The name of the ruler is executed on this specimen as ‘Suvada(tasa)’ instead of the actual ‘Sivadatasa’, Pieper # 1014, pg. 151, fine to very fine, very rare.
